Harry, executive officer, Trident Refit Facility Bangor (TRFB), tours the Information Technology Submarine Repair Shop during a gemba at TRFB. TRFB’s core mission is repairing, incrementally overhauling, and modernizing the Pacific Fleet’s ballistic missile submarine force.
