WHITE SANDS MISSILE RANGE, N.M. – The 15 Space Surveillance Squadron, Detachment 1, operate on-site telescopes to monitor high-interest space objects from White Sands Missile Range, N.M., Aug. 24, 2022. By providing technology to deter aggression from adversaries and support decisive response if deterrence fails, the 15 SPSS directly supports the U.S. Space Command mission.
