Army 1st Lt. Jody L. Glover delivers book bags containing school supplies, flip flops, soap, shampoo and treats to The Center for the Protection of Women and Children, the largest orphanage in Djibouti with more than 325 young women and children, ages 2-22. Glover, a Madison, Wis., native, is the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa Cryptologic Services Group officer in charge and Signals Intelligence liaison officer. She is a member of the Utah National Guard, deployed from Fort George G. Meade, Md.
