PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 26, 2022) Boatswains Mate First Class Brandan Mills, from Lakeland, Florida, uses a sound-powered phone during a replenishment-at-sea onboard USS Shiloh (CG-67). The US Navy conducts replenishment-at-sea’s to sustain forces afloat by delivering food and fuel.
