Lt. Col. Bryan Fanning, 1st Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment commander, presents the Order of Saint Barbara to Romanian 2nd Infantry Division leaders in Romania on Nov. 23, 2022. Elements of 1st Battalion, 320th Field Artillery Regiment and 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault) held the ceremony at the end of a joint fire coordination exercise (FCX) with 2nd ID to build interoperability and technical proficiency in the joint fires and counterfire process.
