Colby Thurston, project manager, works in the Asia Office of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Alaska District. In this role, he supports the district’s humanitarian assistance program which completes projects throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region on behalf of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command and the State Department.
