Capt. Nicholas McLellan accepted responsibility from Capt. Shannon Snively, during a change of command ceremony for Charlie Battery, 1st Battalion, 103rd Field Artillery Regiment at the N.H. Army National Guard Armory in Lebanon, N.H., on Nov 5.
During his speech, McLellan noted Snively's hard work and mentioned the battery's excellent reputation across the state, making special note of the teamwork in the coming months.
“Our success is based on the work that we all put in.” said McLellan, “I promise that I will put my all into it, and I just ask that you give me your all back.”
