221123-N-DH616-3003 GULF OF TARANTO (Nov 23, 2022) HMS Albion (L14) an amphibious transport dock of the Royal Navy and ESPS Cristóbal Colón (F-105) the last ship of the Álvaro de Bazán-class of air defense frigates attached to SNMG2 completes Dynamic Guard. The Exercise is designed to build and maintain proficiency in maritime electronic warfare and anti-submarine warfare. Standing NATO Maritime Group Two (SNMG2), a multinational integrated task group that projects a constant and visible reminder of the Alliance’s solidarity and cohesion afloat and provides the Alliance with a continuous maritime capability to perform a wide range of tasks, including exercises and real-world operations in periods of crisis and conflict.
