Members from 36th Civil Engineer Squadron access damage to one of Andersen Air Force Base’s main water supply lines near Andersen AFB, Guam, October 20, 2022. The water line was damaged when a contractor was finishing an electrical job off-base and cracked the line, splitting the unground water pipe and causing a major water supply concern for the installation. In order to see the full scope of the project ahead, members from 36th CES dug down to expose the damaged line. (Courtesy photo)
