Special Agents from the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division's Central Texas Field Office at Fort Hood, collected and donated Thanksgiving meals to the Pat Carney Elementary School in Killeen, Texas, to support their Thanksgiving meal giveaway aimed at assisting low-income families.

The meals included a turkey or gift card, mashed potatoes, stuffing, corn, green beans, cranberry sauce, apple sauce, oranges, fruit snacks, apple cider, gravy, rolls, and other items. The Pat Carney Elementary School is the Central Texas Field Office’s Adopt-a-School partner and is as part of Fort Hood’s Good Neighbor Program.

The Department of the Army CID is the primary federal law enforcement agency of the U.S. Army. Army CID’s mission is to identify and defeat criminal threats to Army affiliated personnel, installations, procurement efforts, and other assets by providing unparalleled criminal investigative support to the total force.
