U.S. Army 1st Lt. Daniel Ko, an M1 Abrams System maintainer with United Nations Command Honor Guard, conducts an air assault for an alert contingency disbursement rehearsal with U.S. Marines from 3d Battalion, 4th Marines, during Korea Marine Exercise Program (KMEP) 23.1 at Rodriguez Live Fire Complex, Republic of Korea, Nov. 16, 2022. KMEP is conducted routinely to maintain the trust, proficiency, and readiness of the ROK-U.S. Alliance. 3d Battalion, 4th Marines is forward deployed in the Indo-Pacific under 4th Marines, 3d Marine Division as part of the Unit Deployment Program.
