Joseph Harbour, outgoing garrison senior enlisted adviser, and his wife Lori Nov. 10 at Wilson Theater during a relinquishment of responsibility and retirement ceremony. Knapp said she sees Harbour as a model for success in her own role, and that his Family has contributed greatly to the Fort Campbell community.
