William Galinis, commander of Naval Sea Systems Command, during a visit. The ballistic missile submarine maintenance and repair activity employs more than 2,000 civilian & military personnel in support of our nation’s strategic deterrent mission by repairing, incrementally overhauling, and modernizing ballistic missile submarines in the Pacific Fleet.
