In June of this year, 9 year old Savannah Mangas wrote a letter to Parris Island Depot Commanding General Brig. Gen. Walker M. Field asking for a swing set to be installed at the park in Wake Village, on Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, South Carolina. Brig. Gen.
