Ft. Wadsworth, NY – Brig. Gen. Dean Thompson, commanding general of the 353rd Civil Affairs Command and Command Sgt. Maj. Clifford K. Lo, senior enlisted leader of the 353rd Civil Affairs Command, wave to thousands of runners during The TCS New York City Marathon here on November 6, 2022. The 353rd CACOM leadership team worked to strengthen the unit’s community relationships by conducting key leader engagements with local officials and gave words of encouragement to marathoners during the green wave.
