Director of Strategic Technology Terry Gromes Jr. explains how the Epi-Jet surface cleaner works during a demonstration above deck aboard the Self Defense Test Ship on Aug. 25 as part of the Repair Technology Exercise, known as REPTX, at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD).
