U.S. Navy Sailors with Combat Logistics Battalion (CLB) 24, Combat Logistics Regiment 2, 2nd Marine Logistics Group, disembark a CH-53K King Stallion with a North American Rescue mannequin in order to bring the simulated casualty to a role one facility during CLB-24’s field exercise on, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Oct. 20, 2022. CLB-24 worked with the Office of Foreign Disaster Agency, United States Agency for International Development (USAID), in order to exercise simulated humanitarian assistance operations and a military-assisted evacuation and departure of U.S. citizens and other designated personnel in order to support and sustain Exercise Carolina Response.
