U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Levon Compton, adjutant general of the Missouri National Guard, coins a member of the French Air Force during a visit to the Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Course, at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, in St. Joseph, Missouri, September 21, 2022. While at the AATTC, Compton was able to greet members of the French Air Force, as they were the first aircrew from France to attend the Advanced Tactics Aircrew Course. Since 1983 the training center has provided advanced tactical training to airlift aircrews from the Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Command, Air Mobility Command, U.S. Marine Corps and 17 allied nations.
