The Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Napier interdicts an illegal voyage vessel with 23 Dominican Republic nationals and one Haitian onboard in Mona Passage waters Oct. 17, 2022. The cutter repatriated the people in this voyage along with 58 others, 45 Dominicans and 7 Haitians, from two separate interdictions to a Dominican Republic Navy vessel near Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The interdictions are the result of ongoing local and federal multi-agency efforts in support of the Caribbean Border Interagency Group, CBIG. (U.S. Coast Guard photo).
