KINGS BAY, Ga. (Oct. 18, 2022) Rear Adm. Thomas R. “TR” Buchanan, commander of Submarine Group Ten, discusses the historic significance of the completion of the Trident Refit Facility Kings Bay dry dock recapitalization project during a ceremony held at Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia, Oct. 18.
