SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 14, 2022) Cryptologic Technician (Technical) 1st Class Nicholas Jessen, from Fresno, California, participates in a simulated active shooter training scenario aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while conducting routine operations in the South China Sea, Oct. 14.
