U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Emergency Operations Center – Forward Commander MAJ Rocky Streif works with media to get information out on how the residents impacted by Hurricane Ian can sign-up for Operation Blue Roof and how contractors are increasing the number of installations every day, October 14, 2022.
The goal of the Blue Roof program is to provide homeowners in disaster areas with fiber-reinforced, industrial-strength sheeting to protect storm-damaged roofs until homeowners can make permanent repairs.
