Edward (Scott) Hurd and Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Brian Ordille, from the Navy and Marine Corps Public Health Center, Portsmouth, Virginia, celebrate the U.S. Navy’s 247th Birthday, Oct. 13, 2022.
