Caden Phillips, a combat videographer with Security Battalion, has peers place corporal chevrons on his collar during his promotion to corporal on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, Oct. 7, 2022. Promotion ceremonies are a significant achievement in a service member’s career and are a testament to their commitment, mastery of duties and skills, and leadership capabilities.
