Command Sgt. Maj. Andrew Lombardo (left), command sergeant major, U.S. Army Reserve, enjoys lunch with a group Army Reserve Soldiers who competed in the 2022 U.S. Army's Best Squad competition. The luncheon was part of the Sergeant Major of The Army's award ceremony held during the Association of the United States Army Convention in Washington, D.C. October 10. This was the historic first year that a "Best Squad" competition has been held, and the U.S. Army Reserve team, nicknamed the "Honeybadgers" made it to the top four.
