The award for accreditation by the Commission on Fire Accreditation International to the Fort McCoy Directorate of Emergency Services Fire Department is shown Oct. 5, 2022, at Fort McCoy, Wis. This was the third time the department received this special accreditation. The Fort McCoy Fire Department is one of only eight fire departments Armywide to hold this distinction.
