Cans of linked 7.62mm ammunition for an M240D machine gun are staged aboard an MV-22B Osprey assigned to Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics One (MAWTS-1) during Weapons and Tactics Instructors (WTI) course 1-23, at Yodaville, near Yuma, Arizona, Oct. 5, 2022. WTI is a seven-week training event hosted by MAWTS-1, providing standardized advanced tactical training and certification of unit instructor qualifications to support Marine aviation training and readiness, and assists in developing and employing aviation weapons and tactics.
