Soldiers assigned to the Rescue Support Platoon (RSP), Alpha Company, 4th Battalion, 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) and the 911th Technical Rescue Engineer Company (TREC), conduct disaster relief training alongside fellow service members at Henderson Avenue Vent Shaft in Silver Spring, Md., Sept. 21, 2022. The RSP and the 911th TREC are responsible for the execution of emergency rescue operations within the National Capital Region.
