Joseph Drotos, a project controls management engineer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Japan Engineer District (USACE JED), finishes his review of an organizational roster to assist with the U.S. federal government fiscal year 2022 close-out, at Camp Zama, Japan. During FY22, JED awarded 341 contract actions, which are the purchases of facility construction or repairs, supplies, and equipment, totaling $434 million, $269 million more than FY21.
