Gail Atkins participates in the standing power throw portion of the new Army Combat Fitness Test Sept. 21 at the Defense Supply Center Columbus Fitness Center. Members threw 10-pound medicine balls over their heads and backwards. The distance thrown was measured for each soldier's score.
