U.S. Army Capt. Sarah Carl, Joint Task Force-Bravo Medical Element nurse, assigned to Soto Cano Air Base, gets ready for a surgery with the help of Honduran medical technician Sept. 20, 2022, at Hospital Del Sur in Choluteca, Honduras, during a recent Surgical Readiness Training Exercise. Working with the Honduran surgery team, JTF-Bravo completed 12 surgeries in three days.
