A formal military ceremony is taking place at what appears to be a naval installation, likely in Brazil based on the Portuguese letters 'EN' visible on the wall and the cobblestone pavement typical of Brazilian architecture. Multiple naval officers dressed in white uniforms are exchanging salutes, suggesting an official greeting or honors ceremony. The setting includes decorative torpedo or shell monuments flanking an entrance, indicating a significant naval facility.

RIO DE JANEIRO (Sept. 23, 2022) Rear Adm. Jim Aiken, commander of U.S. Naval Southern Forces Command/U.S. 4th Fleet visits Brazilian Naval School, following UNITAS LXIII (63) Sept. 23, 2022. Hosted this year by Brazil, it brings together multinational forces from Belize, Brazil, Cameroon, Chile, Colombia, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, France, Guyana, Jamaica, Mexico, Namibia, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, South Korea, Spain, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and the United States conducting operations in and off the coast of Rio de Janeiro. The exercise trains forces to conduct joint maritime operations through the execution of anti-surface, anti-submarine, anti-air, amphibious and electronic warfare operations that enhance warfighting proficiency and increase interoperability among participating naval and marine forces.
