On 30 September 2020, ACC-APG Division D awarded two Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) for the production of the Enhanced Night Vision Goggle-Binocular (ENVG-B) in support of PEO Soldier Product Manager Soldier Maneuver Sensors (PdM SPS) and the Soldier Lethality Cross Functional Team.
The ENVG-B system is a modular helmet-mounted, passive electro-optical night vision and long wave infrared imaging device in a binocular configuration. ENVG-B allows the individual Soldier to see, understand, and act first during all limited visibility conditions.
