New York Naval Militia members assigned to NYNM Task Force J8?MNBF, along with budget office civilians, receive the New York Naval Militia’s Josephthal Trophy for Outstanding Unit during an awards ceremony onboard Naval Militia Landing Craft 350 on the Hudson River at the Corning Preserve in Albany on Tuesday, Sept. 20. The task force was recognized for its Soldiers and Marines hard work in reconciling $88 million in funds expended by the New York National Guard during the two-and-a-half year COVID-19 response mission.
