SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 19, 2022) The Royal Canadian Navy Halifax-class frigate HMCS Vancouver (FFH 331), right, completes a replenishment-at-sea with U.S. Military Sealift Command Henry J. Kaiser-class replenishment oiler USNS Big Horn (T-AO 198) while conducting integrated operations with U.S. Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) in the South China Sea, Sept. 19. Higgins is assigned to Commander, Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
