U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Stephen Simeone assisted by Airman 1st Class Evan Barnhart controls aircraft as an armed reconnaissance providing overwatch for the southern Arab Jabour focusing on improvised explosive devices and caches to allow U.S. Army Soldiers to begin missions from Patrol Base Meade, Iraq, Jan. 21. Simeone and Barnhart are both Joint Terminal Attack Controller and from Fort Stewart, Ga., and are deployed with the 3rd Infantry Division, 2nd Brigade.
