SOUTH CHINA SEA (Sept. 13, 2022) Cryptologic Technician (Collection) 2nd Class Kyle Long, from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, repairs a mooring line on the fo’c’sle aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while preparing for a port visit to Manila, Philippines, Sept. 13.
