Hurricane repairs begin in March 2022 at the Elaine I. Sprauve Library & Museum in Cruz Bay on St. John. The library, which is managed by the V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources, was damaged during hurricanes Irma and Maria in September 2017. FEMA is providing $271,200 for the building's repairs. FEMA/Eric Adams
