U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Stephen Tilden, a weather technician at the 23rd Special Operations Weather, joined the Air Force in 2019 like he and his father had planned. Tilden’s father committed suicide in 2017 before he could see his son graduate Basic Military Training. Tilden now spends time educating Airmen on suicide prevention.
