Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Napier interdicts an illegal voyage Aug. 30, 2022 in waters northwest of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The people from this voyage were repatriated to a Dominican Republic Navy vessel Aug. 31, 2022.
