U.S. Marine Corps retired Col. Andrew Solgere, a national park ranger at Fort Sumter, poses with 6th Marine Corps District Marines after sharing the history of Fort Sumter, Charleston, South Carolina, Aug. 25, 2022. As a new incentive, the District Commanding Officer, Col. Lance J. Langfeldt, gathered top performing 6MCD Marine recruiters to collaborate and enhance their recruiting methods for their respective recruiting stations.
