Sgt. Brandon Sayles, from Hilo, Hawaii, a squad leader in Troop A, 3rd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment, lifts a heavy towing chain at Patrol Base Assassin Jan.19. Sayles is part of Troop A's four-man power-lifting team. The team uses various equipment from around the base to train with because of the limited amount of weightlifting equipment.
