Sandwiches and even sushi are prepared at one of Fort Hood’s commissaries, and then transported to the Culinary Outpost kiosk. U.S. Army Specialist Carrie Gomer, culinary specialist in 553rd Field Feeding company, 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command, who works at the Outpost, said “[Customers] can get six items and they don’t have to pay cash.
