Coast Guard Cutter Heriberto Hernandez crewmembers aboard the cutter’s Over the Horizon Boat with four fisherman who were embarked from the 27-foot fishing vessel Makaira Seeker that was taking on water, approximately 18 nautical miles west of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico Aug. 21, 2022.
