    Manchester, Kentucky, August 11, 2022 – A disaster survivor and FEMA Disaster Survivor Assistance Specialist smile for the camera after completing the process of survivor intake registration at the Clay County Community Center in Manchester with the support of a nearby FEMA Mobile Intake Recovery Center (MIRC) following severe storms, landslides, mudslides and flooding that occurred on July 26, 2022 in Eastern Kentucky.
