James Shepard, an aviation ordnance system technician with Marine Air Logistics Squadron 16, MAG 16, 3rd MAW, a native of Baltimore, transport GBU-12 Paveway II laser guided bombs and a GBU-32 joint direct attack munition at Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, California, Aug. 17, 2022.
