    U.S. Army Reserve Master Sgt. Miller, a master gunner with the 84th Training Command, explains his unit’s patch to the Estonian soldiers he has been working with through the Military Reserve Exchange Program at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin, Aug. 17, 2022. MREP is an international exchange program with NATO militaries to establish cultural understanding and interoperability.
