Hazelwood, MO, August 17, 2022—Region 7 Administrator Andrea Spillars joins Disaster Survivor Assistance (DSA) Crews as they are out in the neighborhoods affected by July’s flash floods. DSA crews go into communities within days of a disasters, walking through affected areas or set up in small groups in a neighborhood facility.
