A soldier with the Finnish Navy High Readiness Unit, uses PVS 31 night vision goggles during bilateral training with U.S. Marines assigned to the 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) on Russaro Island, Finland, Aug. 11, 2022.
