United States Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Coast Guard, and Singapore Army personnel demonstrate a wide range of counterproliferation techniques and procedures to Fortune Guard 2022 participants at U.S. Coast Guard Base, Honolulu, HI. The exercise included tactical-level chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) tactics, techniques and procedures subject-matter-expert information exchange followed by a live seaport-level demonstration of customs and CBRN expert assessment, inspection, and site exploitation capabilities, equipment, and operational requirements during a Weapons of Mass Destruction interdiction.
